Hiring Humboldt Students as a Private Tutors
The Learning Center can only provide tutoring services for fully matriculated university students. We encourage Learning Center tutors to consider private tutoring for community members by referring them to check local job boards. We guide tutors and community members to follow the "Individual/Household Jobs" tips and guidelines that the Academic Career and Advising Center (ACAC) provides on their website in the employers tab. These resources can help you access strategies to find qualified tutors.
