We're celebrating 25 years (1998-2023) 

Cal Poly Humboldt's Learning Center is proud to celebrate its 25th anniversary as a cornerstone of academic excellence and student support. The Learning Center was born out of the EOP/SSS department’s tutoring and learning skills programs and opened its doors to serve the general student body in the fall of 1998. Since its inception, services have broadened to encompass academic peer coaching, writing support, workshops, Supplemental Instruction, and drop-in tutoring for a wide range of subjects. Over the past quarter-century, the Learning Center has positively impacted over forty thousand students, fostering deeper understanding of course material, enhancing study skills, and nurturing self-awareness.
