Hi! Im Emma. I have a blended background in STEM and Technical Communications. Because of that background, I believe clear and engaging communication is crucial for the spread and adaptation of ideas. My goal as a consultant is to help writers better express their ideas through a written medium. Although I specialize in science and technical communication, I love to read all manners of writing- everything from critical theory and computer science theses to fanfiction. Regardless of the genre, topic, or what stage you're at in the writing process, Id love to help! :)

Why I became a consultant: 

Everyone has ideas that they want to share with the world. The most common medium to communicate those ideas is writing. As a consultant, I want to help writers learn to communicate their ideas in a clear and engaging manner.

Writing expertise: I can help with any genre of writing, but specialize in technical and scientific writing

Degree: BS in Biology with an emphasis in Ecology Evolution and Behavior and a Certificate in Technical Writing

Hobbies: 

Hiking, kayaking, dancing, reading, DnD, and drinking coffee (it counts -trust me).
