Su Karl is the Director of the Learning Center. She also serves as a member of the Inclusive Student Success/GI2025 working group. In the past she has served as a senator on University Senate, co-chair of Staff Council, member on Academic Policy Committee, instructor for TRIO Upward Bound, and the founding sorority advisor for Gamma Alpha Omega, the first Latina sorority at Humboldt. She earned an M.S. Ed. in School Counseling and a B.A. in Psychology with a Business minor from Long Island University. Su is an alumnus of the Cascadia Leadership Program and is extremely proud to be part of the Humboldt Learning Center team since 1998.
